Welcome to the Martha C. Child Law Office website. Established in 1981, the law office of Martha Child has served Davidson county and surrounding counties for over 25 years. Our practice areas include Family Law, Wills, Probate of Estates, Conservatorships and Guardianships, Preparation of Powers of Attorney, Criminal Law and DUI and Collections.
Every client will meet personally with Martha Child, not with a paralegal. She personally prepares all of the legal work. Ms. Child recognizes that ill, disabled, and senior citizens may not be physically able to come to the office for an appointment. For this reason, she will travel to hospitals, homes, and nursing homes to accommodate her clients.
